1) How do I place an order with you?
Directly through shopping cart or by calling 817-788-5019.

2) How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
Credit Card with receipt attached to product or contact me directly for special arrangements.

3) How will I be billed for shipping?
At point of sale.

4) What is your return policy?
Sales are final.

5) What happens if a product is out of stock or on back order?
I will contact you when inventory is replenished.

6) How long does it take to receive an order?
Depends on shipping schedule. Due to my travel schedule some orders will be delayed by a sheer matter of days until I return to the office.
